"It is necessary to take practical steps in the fight against Islamophobic tendencies," Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (CAIR), said during the press conference of the event titled “Islamophobia: Exposing Bias and Breaking Down Stigmas.”
According to Farid Shafiyev, the experience of the past two years shows that Baku has already become an important political and scientific hub in the fight against Islamophobia.
He noted that a certain circle has formed, with regular research being conducted in this area by public figures and think tanks, and that the creation of a dedicated website is planned for the future.
