The 11th Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will be held on November 6, 2024 in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic, APA reports citing the official website of the organization.
The presidents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Türkiye and Uzbekistan will participate in the Summit hosted by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov.
In addition, Heads of Government of OTS Observers and OTS Secretaries General will also participate in the summit.
It was stated that the Summit, which will be held under the slogan "Strengthening the Turkic World: Economic Integration, Sustainable Development, Digital Future and Security for All", will create an important platform for high-level discussions on the Organization's comprehensive agenda.
The leaders will take decisions on key issues, sign agreements and approve official documents related to OTS projects in the areas of economy, trade, digital transformation, transport and security. The agenda will also include discussions on political and economic developments in the region and beyond, with a focus on multilateral cooperation between member states and observers in various fields.
Noted that following the Summit, the leaders will move from Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic, and at the closing ceremony, the heads of state will sign the Bishkek Declaration and some important decisions.
