The Presidential Administration of Armenia lent clarity on the information on visit of President Sarkissian to Baku, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
The information regarding A. Sarkissian’s visit to Baku has been denied in the statement.
Note that Iravunk newspaper disseminated information citing Honorary Consul of Macedonia in Armenia Arayik Sargsyan that President has been on a visit to Baku on November 17. “Ask President, what was he doing in Baku on November 17,” said A. Sargsyan.
“In some mass media, the information is allegedly disseminated that Armen Sarkissian is on a visit to Baku on November 17. This is an open lie and misinformation. The President was not in Baku that day or on other days” noted in the statement of press service of the Armenian President.
