Chair of Milli Majlis meets with ambassador of Venezuela to Azerbaijan

On March 3, the Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova has met with Christopher Martinez Berroteran, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to our country, Press and Public Relations Department of the Milli Majlis told APA.

According to the information, the chair of the parliament noted that despite the great geographical distance between our countries, our friendly relations have developed.

The chair has noted in the meeting that Venezuela's support for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity in the solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is evaluated as a friendly relation.

The ambassador stating once again that his country has always supported the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan has evaluated trilateral Agreement dated November 10 regarding Nagorno-Karabakh War as a success of diplomacy.

The views have been exchanged on the future development directions of interparliamentary relations, fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and other issues in the meeting.
