“Mr. President said at today’s press conference that Azerbaijan does not give any assessment to what happens in Armenia,” assistant to First Vice President Elchin Amirbayov told APA.
He noted that Azerbaijan assesses it as an internal affair of Armenia: “It is about statements adopted on November 10, and January in Moscow. Because the implementation of these obligations by Armenia is the greatest condition for the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the region, in general in the South Caucasus.”
