Two VAR officials have allegedly been arrested in Poland ahead of helping referee the match between Dynamo Kyiv and Rangers, APA reports citing The National.
According to reports in Poland, Bartosz Frankowski and Tomasz Musial were arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning after allegedly stealing a road sign in Lublin.
The pair were due to oversee the Champions League third qualifying round match in the roles of head VAR and assistant VAR but have since been replaced for the fixture.
It's claimed the duo were stopped by police at 1.43am after carrying a road sign down the street while intoxicated and were taken to a sobering-up centre.
