Turkey writes off Kyrgyz $51 m debt

Baku - APA-Economics. Turkey wrote off Kyrgyz debt in amount of $51 million and granted $10 million for country’ support, as Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said yesterday, April 26, at press conference in Ankara city.

According to him, Turkey will always support Kyrgyzstan. As PM of RT said, history jointed nations of both countries.

Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan stressed that Kyrgyzstan experienced very difficult period of its history and wished the country to succeed. Prime Minister of Turkey called head of Kyrgyz government Almazbek Atambayev a friend and said that they called each other by names because they had such a good relationship.

Recall, Almazbek Atambayev pays official trip to Ankara. Delivering speech at yesterday’s press conference, he noted that Turkey had great achievements over the last 15-20 years and Kyrgyzstan should adopt its development experience.
