“Ukrainian drones may fly over Moscow’s May 9 parade,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the 8th European Political Community Summit in Yerevan, APA reports.
“Russia has announced a May 9 parade, but there will be no military equipment in this parade. If this is true, it is the first time in many years that they are unable to display weapons at the parade. Ukrainian drones may also fly over that parade,” Zelenskyy said.
Zelenskyy noted that the absence of military equipment at this year’s Moscow parade shows a decrease in Russia’s strength compared to previous years.
According to him, this summer Russian President Vladimir Putin will have to decide on the future direction of the war, either to continue the war or to move to a diplomatic path. The Ukrainian leader emphasized that the Kremlin must be forced to choose the diplomatic path.
