“I am ready to discuss holding elections if an agreement on a full ceasefire is reached in Ukraine,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, APA reports.
According to the Ukrainian leader, safe conditions must be created for organizing elections, and infrastructure must be established to ensure citizens’ participation in voting.
It should be noted that earlier, in an interview with ABC News, Zelenskyy said that elections would be organized in the country if an agreement on a 60-day full ceasefire with Russia were reached.
