The Russian military has carried out another large-scale assault on Ukraine, focusing on civilian infrastructure, APA reports.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Freedom TV that Russia’s extensive air strikes are a demonstration of impunity by President Vladimir Putin.
“Tonight, dozens of residential buildings across various regions of our country were damaged. Firefighting efforts are ongoing. It is clear these are show-of-force strikes. Putin is demonstrating that he faces no consequences. This undoubtedly requires a response from the international community,” Zelenskyy said.
According to the Ukrainian leader, the main reason Russia continues its aggression is the lack of sufficient pressure on its war economy.
