The president held a meeting with Ukraine's top commanders to discuss the country's long-range strikes against Russia. Following the meeting, officials updated the list of priority targets and approved the continuation of the operations, according to a statement by Volodymyr Zelenskyy, APA reports citing RBC Ukraine.
The head of state says Ukraine's long-range strike campaign is proceeding in line with its established priorities. The country's strike range has now exceeded 3,000 km, and Ukraine is continuing to expand its ability to hit targets even farther away.
"The strategic depth of the rear, which for a long time was one of Russia's key advantages, is now becoming a serious problem for their political and military leadership, as the majority of the country's air defense systems are concentrated around Moscow, state residences, the Crimean Bridge, and St. Petersburg," Zelenskyy said.
