Ukraine is ready to make very difficult concessions because they really want to end the war, said the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, at the Oslo Security Conference, APA reports.
"We must also witness some concessions from Russia. This includes imposing restrictions on Russia's military budget and army, as well as on nuclear weapons. In addition, Russia must be held accountable for the crimes it has committed. Europe's position is that pressure on Russia must be increased," Kallas stressed.
According to her, this pressure can push Russia into a genuine dialogue.
