Ruben Vardanyan, a billionaire of Armenian origin, sent by Moscow on a special mission to the territories of Azerbaijan, which are under the temporary control of Russian peacekeepers, has been put on the wanted list by Ukraine, APA reports.
Ruben Vardanyan, whom Ukraine included in the list of persons subject to sanctions, is listed as a person subject to "immediate detention and transfer to law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and NATO countries."
Note that in February of this year, Ruben Vardanyan lost the post of "state minister" of the separatist scum in Khankendi.
