“Can there be a greater disgrace for the European Union, which has gradually turned from a peace project into a project of unrest, hostility and confrontation?!” Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili said, APA’s local bureau reports.

He made the remarks while commenting to journalists on reports that the opposition in the country is preparing a new revolution plan.

He stated that a detailed investigation will be conducted into individuals holding Georgian passports who are openly involved in projects of special services.

“The goal is to promote anti-democratic processes in Georgia, overthrow the government, and bring puppets to power. Previously, such projects were funded by the previous U.S. administration, but after Donald Trump and his team came to power, a number of organizations were closed, and funding was cut. Currently, all of this is being handled by the European Union,” Papuashvili added.

Note that Georgia’s Imedi TV channel reported that one of the leaders of the Prague Civil Society Centre, Igor Blazevic, had written a revolution scenario for the country’s opposition.
