Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that new domestically produced Ukrainian drones would be able to reach targets at distances of over 3,000 kilometers, head of state made the statement in an interview with the Ukrainian TV channel 1+1, APA reports citing Ukrinform.
Commenting on the recent strike on an oil refinery in Russia’s Tyumen region, Zelenskyy said: “New drones will be 3,000 km plus. This is already in the plans.”
He confirmed that the drones that struck the Tyumen oil refinery, having flown 2,500 kilometers, were produced by the Fire Point company.
“We are now at a stage where our defense industry, our Armed Forces, and our production have begun this process of bringing the war back to Russia, as I said. And this will happen. They strike us every day, so every day we will respond,” the President emphasized.
