NATO is concerned about the foreign agents law passing the first reading of the Georgian parliament, NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs & Security Policy and Special Representative for the Caucasus & Central Asia Javier Colomina wrote on X, APA reports.

"NATO is concerned about the draft law passed in first reading in Tbilisi. Key for Georgia, as NATO aspirant, to have the right framework to ensure media freedom and civil society participation. This draft is a step backwards & does not further Euro Atlantic integration", Colomina noted.
