French President Emmanuel Macron said in an interview with the Czech newspaper Pravo that France is not considering sending military personnel to Ukraine in the near future, APA reports.
Macron evaluated the international reaction to his words regarding the possibility of deploying military forces to Ukraine. The French President announced that he did not rule out such a possibility.
“This does not mean that we are considering sending French troops to Ukraine in the near future, but it does mean that we have started a discussion and are considering everything that can be done to support Ukraine, especially on Ukrainian territory,” Macron said.
