Head of the Ukrainian President’s Office Andriy Yermak had a phone call with National Security Advisor to the U.S. President Michael Waltz to discuss the battlefield situation and the course of mobilization in Ukraine, according to the President’s Office website, APA reports citing Ukrinform.
“This is the first conversation after the appointment of Michael Waltz. Andriy Yermak spoke about the situation on the battlefield and the course of mobilization in Ukraine,” the statement says.
Yermak emphasized that it is crucial for Ukraine to continue to receive support from international partners, especially the United States, as Ukraine's strong position is key to achieving a just and lasting peace, as well as to the security of Europe and the world.
