Ukraine’s largest private energy company, DTEK, reported that 15 of its employees were killed and seven others were injured. The company said the strike hit one of its mining facilities.

In a separate statement, DTEK described the incident as a “terrorist attack” on its coal mines in the region. One of the strikes hit a bus carrying miners home after their shift. According to the company, at least 13 miners were killed and eight were wounded.
