“OSCE has all opportunities and practice to solve problems on national minorities in the participant states,� OSCE Chairman-in-Office Miguel Angel Moratinos said at the meeting with Rolf Ekéus, OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, APA reports.
Ekéus reported on the current state of national minorities in Central Asia, South Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Balkans.
