Note that the largest price increase in food products was observed in the prices of fish products, dry milk mixture for baby food, butter, sunflower and corn oils, table margarine, tangerines, apples, pears, animals, pomegranates, dates, kiwi, walnuts, hazelnuts, chestnuts, white cabbage, greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers, pumpkins, garlic, onions, and potatoes. There were no significant changes in the prices of other food products.
Note that in January 2025, the consumer price index for non-food products was 100.3 percent compared to the previous month. In January, compared to the previous month, the increase in prices of non-food products was observed in the prices of bricks, watercolors, cotton fabrics, chandeliers, and jewelry, and the decrease in prices of sawn timber, laminated parquet, and writing paper. There were no significant changes in the prices of other non-food products.
In January 2025, the consumer price index for paid services provided to the population was 102 percent compared to the previous month. In January, compared to the previous month, the increase in prices of paid services provided to the population was observed in the prices of heating, electricity, natural gas supply, and apartment rental services, and the decrease was observed in the prices of international passenger transportation services by air. There were no significant changes in the prices of other paid services.
