A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Turkic Investment Fund and the Union of Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), APA-Economics reports.
The signing ceremony took place at the Turkic Investment Fund and the Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TCCI): Information Session and B2B for Business Leaders event.
President of the TCCI and National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK) Mammad Musayev and Turkic Investment Fund President Baghdat Amreyev signed the document. The memorandum defines the frameworks and specific directions for cooperation.
Note that the Turkic Investment Fund, which is part of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), was established by the Agreement signed on March 16, 2023, in Ankara. The Agreement was ratified by the law signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 30, 2023. The Turkic Investment Fund started its operations in 2024.
Additionally, the Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), which is also part of the Organization of Turkic States, was established in 2017 and began its operations in 2019. The leadership of TCCI has been passed to Azerbaijan since 2025, and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (ASK) represents Azerbaijan in TCCI.
