To date, Azerbaijan has invested more than USD 20 billion in the Turkish economy, while Türkiye has invested USD 18 billion in the Azerbaijani economy, said Prime Minister Ali Asadov at the 2nd Azerbaijan–Türkiye Investment Forum, APA-Economics reports.
He noted that more than 4,600 Turkish companies are actively operating in Azerbaijan.
At the same time, 3,000 Azerbaijani companies are operating in various sectors in Türkiye and contributing to the economic development of the brotherly country.
“We are determined to continue mutual investments consistently in the future. These investments not only make a significant contribution to the economic development of both countries, but also serve to improve the welfare of our peoples,” the Prime Minister said.
