In the first half of 2025, 1,241 new jobs were created in the liberated districts, APA-Economics reports, citing calculations based on the report of the State Statistical Committee.
This figure increased by 47.7% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. In the first half of 2024, 840 new jobs had been created in the liberated districts.
It should be noted that most new jobs during the reporting period were created in Khankendi and Lachin. In the first six months of this year, 385 new jobs were created in Khankendi and 244 in Lachin.
Recall that during the reporting period, 104 new enterprises and organizations and 1,654 new individual entrepreneurship entities were registered in the liberated districts.
