Non-oil and gas exports from Azerbaijan to Ukraine increased by more than 80%

During January-September 2025, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Ukraine amounted to 374 million 547.6 thousand US dollars, APA-Economics reports, citing calculations made by based on the report of the State Customs Committee.

The volume of this indicator increased by 9.2% or 31.7 million US dollars compared to the same period last year.

During the reporting period, exports from Azerbaijan to Ukraine increased by 23.6% to 168 million 971 thousand dollars, while exports from Ukraine to Azerbaijan decreased by 0.3% to 205.6 million dollars.

During this period, non-oil products worth 147 million 315 thousand US dollars were exported from Azerbaijan to Ukraine, which is 83.6% more than the previous year.

During this period, mainly fruits and vegetables (potatoes, tomatoes, pears, apricots, peaches, hazelnuts, grapes, dates, watermelons, etc.), fruit juices, tea, mineral or chemical nitrogen fertilizers, heavy distillates and other products were exported from Azerbaijan to Ukraine.

It should be noted that during January-September 2025, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Ukraine amounted to 1.1% of the country's total trade turnover.

It should be noted that in the first nine months of the current year, Azerbaijan's trade turnover amounted to 35 billion 375.5 million US dollars, and non-oil exports amounted to 2 billion 649.2 million US dollars.
