New agreements signed at Azerbaijan International Investment Forum

New agreements have been signed at the Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, APA-Economics reports.

Anumber of important documents have been signed within the framework of the forum.

First, a Joint Participation Agreement regarding “Azerbazalt Scientific-Production Union” LLC was signed between the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (ABIF) and “Basalt Group” LLC. The agreement was signed by the Director General of ABIF, Yasin Jalilov, and the management of “Basalt Group” LLC.

In addition, a Joint Participation Agreement was signed between ABIF and “ARGS Holding” LLC regarding investment in the charter capital of “AzerFloat” OJSC. The document was signed by both the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund and the Executive Director of “ARGS Holding” LLC.

At the same time, a contract was signed between “EelElectric” LLC and “ABB Group” (Türkiye) for the installation of Modular Panel Systems. The contract was signed by the Director of “EelElectric” LLC, Vusal Arastun oglu Mirzayev, and the Country Manager of “ABB EL, ABB Group”, Mahmud Rzayev.
