Mikayil Jabbarov: $4.7 billion worth of agreements to be signed at Private Sector Forum

The Private Sector Forum held within the framework of the Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group will be remembered for its significant investment outcomes, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said at the Private Sector Forum organized within the framework of the Islamic Development Bank Annual Meetings held in Baku, APA-Economics reports.

According to him, more than 32 agreements and memorandums of understanding with a total value exceeding $4.7 billion will be signed within the forum:

“The volume of agreements concluded at previous forums exceeded $3.6 billion, and this year the event is targeting even higher results.”

Mikayil Jabbarov also noted that stronger connectivity, deeper trade and investment ties, as well as close cooperation between governments and the private sector are essential for sustainable prosperity.
