Technical and economic studies should be carried out in Azerbaijan and small projects should be implemented, said Nikolaas Alberts, head of the Middle East department of Ninety One, during his speech at the 1st Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, APA reports.
“We have a private sector investment laboratory. We provide investment capital to countries that want to make an energy transition. We also have a loan fund to help such countries acquire new technologies. I think it is important to have lenders. Many projects can be implemented in Azerbaijan,” said Nikolaas Alberts.
