Industrial production in Baku drops by 0.6%

Amount of produced goods and provided services in Baku has become AZN 16.6 bln. in January-May of the current year, and this is by 0.6% less in comparison with the relevant period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing Baku Statistical Committee.

According to the Committee, 81.8% of industrial productions - the mining industry, 16.1% - manufacture industry, 1.5% - electricity, gas, and steam production, distribution, and supply sphere, and 0.6% - water supply, waste treatment, and disposal field.

Proportion of non-governmental sector in industry is 84.1%. The proportion of industrial outputs in the total amount of production is 88.7%, while industrial services delivery is 11.3%.
