Azerbaijan–Moldova relations will be developed in the energy sector and other areas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova Mihai Popșoi said at a joint press conference with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports.
The minister noted that Azerbaijan supported Moldova during the energy crisis in 2022: “For this, we thank the Government of Azerbaijan. We intend to cooperate with Azerbaijan not only in the field of natural gas, but also in the field of ‘green energy’. We invite Azerbaijani companies to invest in Moldova. Moldova is ready to do everything possible to become a beneficiary of the projects.”
