The 2nd Baku Water Week, which includes the International Exhibition and Conference for Water Management, will take place on September 10-12, 2025, APA reports.
Baku Water Week, one of the most important and priority areas in water management in Azerbaijan and around the world, was held for the first time in 2024. 97 companies from 16 countries participated in this event, and about 4,500 people visited the event over three days.
As well as, 145 business B2B meetings were held within the framework of the exhibition. Here, representatives of local and foreign companies discussed future cooperation opportunities. Within the framework of these meetings, representatives of private companies had the opportunity to meet with representatives of state institutions.
A number of important issues were discussed during the International Exhibition for Water Management, and many panel discussions were organized in the exhibition's presentation zone, including on the topic "Water resources and reconstruction work of the Garabagh and East Zangazur economic regions."
The Baku Water Week International Conference, organized within the framework of Baku Water Week, brought important topics such as water resources management, water supply, climate change and its impact on water resources, and efficient use of water to the agenda. During the two-day conference, a presentation of the “One Drop” project was held. At the same time, startups related to water management were presented at the Baku Water Week International Conference and the winner teams were awarded.
