In January-August 2025, Azerbaijan produced 83 billion 37.8 million manats of gross domestic product, or 1 percent more than in the same period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.
During this period, the GDP production in the non-oil and gas sector amounted to 57 billion 648.3 million manats.
During the reporting period, the share of the non-oil and gas sector in the GDP structure was 69.4%, which means an increase of 3.8 percentage points year-on-year.
Note that in January-August of the previous year, the share of the non-oil and gas sector in the GDP structure was 65.6%.
Recall that according to the updated forecasts, by the end of the current year, the real growth of GDP is expected to be 3 percent, reaching 129.9 billion manats in nominal terms, including non-oil GDP reaching 93.5 billion manats.
