In January-August 2025, Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover increased by 3.6% to 32 billion 118 million US dollars, APA-Economics reports, citing State Customs Committee.
Over the past year, exports across the country decreased by 6.4% to 17 billion 65.4 million US dollars, while imports increased by 17.9% to 15 billion 52.6 million US dollars.
Although a positive balance of 2 billion 12.7 million dollars was created in foreign trade turnover during the reporting period, this is 2.7 times less than the same period last year.
