During the period of January–April 2025, the volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Greece increased by 65% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, amounting to 313 million 891.5 thousand US dollars, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Customs Committee.
During the reporting period, the volume of exports from Azerbaijan to Greece increased by 72.3% compared to the first 4 months of 2024, amounting to 294 million 59.6 thousand US dollars.
During the same period, the volume of imports from Greece to Azerbaijan increased by 1.4%, reaching 19 million 831 thousand US dollars.
Note that during this period, natural gas and crude oil were the main exports to Greece.
Recall that the trade turnover volume between Azerbaijan and Greece during this period accounted for 1.86% of the country’s total trade turnover.
