In Azerbaijan, during the customs clearance of passenger vehicles brought to the customs territory and 4 (four) years old from the date of production and release (except for rare passenger cars and passenger cars temporarily brought to the customs territory), a disposal fee will be charged in the amount determined by the relevant executive authority in accordance with the law "On Waste", APA reports.
It was reflected in the amendment to the Customs Code approved by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
