In the first quarter of this year, Azerbaijan imported 919 passenger cars from Georgia worth $29.8 million, APA’s local bureau reports, citing Georgia’s National Statistics Office foreign trade portal.
Compared to the same period last year, Azerbaijan reduced car imports from the neighboring country by 41.15% in value terms and by more than two times in quantity.
In January–March, a total of 14,237 passenger cars worth $364.5 million were exported from Georgia, of which 6.46% accounted for Azerbaijan.
