The suspension period of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan is being extended, APA reports.
This is reflected in a proposed amendment to the Law “On the Suspension of Inspections in the Field of Entrepreneurship,” which was discussed in the first reading at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.
According to the amendment, the suspension period of inspections carried out in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan is extended until January 1, 2027.
Previously, this period had been set until January 1, 2026.
Note that inspections have been suspended since November 1, 2015, with the aim of stimulating the development of entrepreneurship in the country.
