Azerbaijan introduced concession for entrepreneurs engaged in the construction of residential areas in liberated areas, it was reflected in the amendment to the "Rule of providing subsidies for interest calculated on loans taken by entrepreneurs" with the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev today, APA reports.
An interest subsidy in the amount of 10 percentage points of the annual interest rate will be given to the entrepreneur engaged in the construction of residential areas in the territories freed from the occupation of the Republic of Azerbaijan for loans allocated in the relevant economic activity area where the investment is made.
