The suspension period for inspections in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan is being extended, APA reports.
This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law “On the Suspension of Inspections in the Field of Entrepreneurship,” which was put up for discussion in the first reading at today’s session of the Milli Majlis.
Under the amendment, the suspension of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan will be extended until January 1, 2027.
Previously, this period had been set until January 1, 2026.
Inspections have been suspended in the country since November 1, 2015, in order to stimulate the development of entrepreneurship.
Following the discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
