In 2023, Georgia's exports to Azerbaijan increased by 28% in annual comparison and amounted to 862.07 million dollars, APA’s Tbilisi correspondent reports.

Noted that this was reflected in the statistics submitted by the National Statistics Office of Georgia based on preliminary calculations. During the reporting period, exports to Azerbaijan amounted to 14.2% of Georgia’s total exports.

With these indicators, Azerbaijan became the country to which Georgia exported the most goods and products in 2023. The other two main export partners of Georgia were Armenia ($787.12 million) and Kazakhstan ($702.96 million).

In 2023, Georgia's exports increased by 9.1% in annual comparison and reached 6,090 billion dollars.
