During January-July 2024, Azerbaijan exported 368 thousand 549 tons of fruits and vegetables worth USD 383 million 863 thousand dollars, APA-Economics reports citing State Customs Committee.
The value of fruits and vegetables exported from Azerbaijan declined 4% or USD 16.3 million, and the volume decreased by 7.2% or 28.4 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period of last year. In the first 7 months of 2023, Azerbaijan exported 396.9 thousand tons of fruits and vegetables worth USD 400 million 118 thousand.
Note that in January-July of 2024, the specific weight of fruits and vegetables in the total export was equal to 2.38%, and the weight of non-oil products in the export was equal to 20.48%.
