As a result of measures carried out by the Air Transport Head Customs Department, an attempt to illegally bring medicinal products into the country has been prevented, the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics.
It was noted that two foreign nationals arriving on the Delhi-Baku flight were subjected to customs inspection, and during the examination of both individuals’ luggage and handbags, a total of 72 oncology medicinal products, which had not been declared to the customs authorities, were discovered.
