In the first quarter of this year, 40 new state standards were adopted in Azerbaijan, APA reports, citing Azerbaijan Standardization Institute (AZSTAND).
According to the information, 13 of these standards are related to food technology and agriculture, 3 to construction materials, 10 to information, telecommunications, and electrical engineering, 5 to oil, gas, and related technologies, 3 to the environment, and 6 to transportation.
During the reporting period, 27 state standards were periodically revised or amended, and 23 state standards were abolished.
Based on entrepreneurs' requests, 38 technical specifications were prepared, examined, and registered with the state.
