According to the freight transportation plan for the Middle Corridor in 2025, the transportation of 4.2 million tons of cargo is expected, the Secretary General of the International Association Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) Gaidar Abdikerimov said in an interview with journalists in Baku, APA-Economics reports.
He stated that of the mentioned volume, 2.5 million tons will be dry cargo, and 1.7 million tons will be oil cargo.
He also noted that last year, 3.332 million tons of cargo were transported via the Middle Corridor, of which 1,857 thousand tons were dry cargo.
Note that today in Baku, the meeting of the General Assembly of "Trans-Caspian International Transport Route" International Association of Legal Entities was held.
