Azerbaijan's revenues from oil product exports more than doubled

In January-July of this year, Azerbaijan exported 546,348.35 tons of oil products worth USD 423,575.49 thousand, APA-Economics reports.

According to calculations by the State Customs Committee, during the reporting period, the value of oil products exported by Azerbaijan increased 2.4 times, while the volume increased by 62.3% compared to the corresponding period of 2025.

It should be noted that oil in Azerbaijan is refined at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery, which was founded in 1953. The refinery fully meets the country's demand for oil products. Reconstruction and modernization work is currently underway at the refinery.

It should be noted that Armenia is also included in the geography of Azerbaijan's oil product exports.
