Azerbaijan's ACG produced about 589 million tons of oil so far

The Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) and Shah Deniz fields have produced 634,5 million tons of oil (including condensate) since their commissioning until 1 April 2024, the Ministry of Energy told APA.

According to the ministry, 588,9 million tons of oil were extracted from ACG, while almost 45,6 million tons were condensed from Shah Deniz.

Until 1 April 2024, 632,5 million tons of it was transported for export.​​

Azerbaijan produced 7,3 million tons of oil (including condensate) in January-March of 2024. Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli accounted for 4,2 million tons of oil produced in the republic while Shah Deniz for 1,1 million tons (condensate) and Absheron for 0,14 million tons (condensate). SOCAR's oil output amounted to 1,9 million tons (including condensate).

During the reporting period, 6 million tons of oil (including condensate) was transported for export. 5,2 million tons of its shares fell on the consortium and 0,8 million tons of it fell to SOCAR.
