Today, the extraordinary parliamentary election process in Azerbaijan has been organized under extremely high democratic conditions, Života Starčević, a member of the National Assembly of Serbia, told journalists, APA reports.
He emphasized that, according to the assessment of his mission, the extraordinary parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan comply with both local and international legislation: "This morning, I had the opportunity to observe several polling stations in Baku. I would like to state that the election process in Azerbaijan today has been organized under highly democratic conditions. As you know, these elections in Azerbaijan are being held extraordinarily this time. This is fully in accordance with the legislation. Conditions have been created in accordance with international legislation for both local and international observers to monitor the voting process. I am very pleased with all of this."
