“We wish success to Azerbaijan and look forward to the results of the extraordinary parliamentary elections,” said Sitara Ayaz, the Secretary-General of the International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC) this in a statement to journalists, APA reports.
"We are here to observe the elections in Azerbaijan. We started visiting different polling stations from 10:00 and have visited three polling stations so far. Voter turnout is satisfactory. Everything is going very well so far. We will also go to other polling stations," the Secretary General said.
