"State Duma The Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will send a delegation to observe the extraordinary presidential elections to be held in Azerbaijan," Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Leonid Kalashnikov told journalists, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, the delegation of the State Duma, which will go to the elections in Azerbaijan as an observer, will be inter-factional. "All factions will be represented there. Three parliamentarians will be from the United Russia faction, and one from each of the other factions," Kalashnikov added.
