"I participate in this mission as a member of Romanian-Azerbaijani Friendship Group with a decision of Romanian Senate. During our observation, we have detected that polling stations have been opened in accordance with the graphics, as well as composition of commissions has been formed relevant to legal norms, polling boxes have been sealed," Chairman of Committee of Romanian Senate Cristian-Augustin Tagarlas in a press conference, APA reports.
He has added that condition has been created for all to use democratic rights:
"Independent observers also observed elections. All conditions have been created for media representatives to observe voting process., there has no limitations."
